Firefox Bikes to partner with Salesforce

India’s leading bicycle brand Firefox Bikes will be partnering with global customer relationship management (CRM) provider Salesforce to upgrade its customer experience services.
Firefox is planning to use Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver a consistent omnichannel experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.
They are also planning to combine direct-to-consumer (D2C) services from the website with the countrywide offline network to integrate 500+ retail stores on a single platform.
Salesforce India Managing Director for Sales and Distribution Arun Kumar said that the pandemic has “accelerated the digital transformation journey” of different companies to reach their consumers.
Reacting to the partnership, Kumar stated that they are delighted to be Firefox’s technology provider and help them “deliver a truly seamless customer experience.”
Firefox Bikes CEO Sriram Sundresan added that the collaboration will enable them “to leverage data insights” to provide a personalized experience for both online and offline shoppers.
