Sprinklr enters CCaaS market with new software

Unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform Sprinklr is exploring the Contact-Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) market with the launch of Sprinklr Modern Care Voice.
Built on the firm’s unified platform, Modern Care Voice will offer informed insights from modern channels to their clients.
Sprinklr Chief Technology Officer Pavitar Singh explained that the contact center market has only one fundamental truth: “your customers do not want to call you.”
He stated that their new software will help eliminate the need to call with proactive digital care and AI to solve problems before customers are forced to make an actual call.
In cases where a customer must contact a live agent, Singh added that Sprinklr Voice will assist in delivering the “best possible experience for faster, less expensive results.”
Sprinklr Modern Care Voice is a complete CCaaS solution and includes everything needed for a modern contact center, including automatic call distribution (ACD), conversational IVR, speech analytics, automated quality management, and workforce management.
