Catalyst Solutions expand services to clinical BPO, consulting services

Consulting firm Catalyst Solutions announced the expansion of its services to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and consulting into the clinical space of a consumer’s health plan.
According to Catalyst Solutions President Scott Martin, this move ensures that “members get the care they need without adding unnecessary costs and services that don’t bring value.”
The firm’s clinical management employees specialized in helping members with chronic or complex health conditions. They coordinate with hospitals and providers, approve testing, procedures, and hospitalizations to help Catalyst members.
Catalyst BPO Operations VP Scott Shelton said that their processes “are thorough and well-documented. Our people are highly trained, and this enables us to ensure that every member interaction is thoroughly documented…”
Additionally, the company’s outsourcing services provide Machine Learning and Informatics capabilities to forecast the needs of a health plan’s members before they escalate into costly and dangerous conditions.
Catalyst’s Clinical Management outsourcing capabilities also include Utilization Management, Care Management, Disease Management, and Behavioral Health.
