WilsonHCG acquires Claro Analytics
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider WilsonHCG recently acquired US-based salary, talent, location, and availability analytics firm Claro Analytics.
This acquisition will allow Claro Analytics to further invest in the company’s innovation and product development, as well as accelerate its growth in the industry.
WilsonHCG CEO John Wilson said that they have “identified a gap in the market for talent intelligence insights delivered ‘as a service’ that Claro was filling.”
Claro Analytics founder Michael Beygelman stated that he is “excited to be joining forces with John and the WilsonHCGteam” as the industry enters an era that relies more on data to “hire and retain diverse talent.”
The acquisition was finalized last February 28. The terms of the deal were not announced to the public.
