CSS Corp acquires Directly’s OnDemand business

Global customer experience and technology services firm CSS Corp recently acquired customer support automation provider Directly’s OnDemand business unit, including its next-generation GigCX services platform.
The acquisition allows CSS corp to have access to the GigCX platform to recruit global talent as employees or freelancers.
GigCX will be integrated into the company’s digital customer experience platform called CSS Edison®.
Additionally, CSS is planning to expand OnDemand’s reach into incremental and niche skills for digital technologies, AI/ML training and aggregation, and intelligence services.
The OnDemand platform is powered by multilingual capabilities, new-age technologies, and a flexible network of freelance product experts across over 60 countries.
It seamlessly integrates with the current innovations in the contact center industry — including CRM platforms, messaging applications, and recording support, like Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, Oracle, Salesforce, among others.
