transcosmos opens new operations center in the Philippines
IT outsourcing services provider transcosmos recently opened its second operations center in the Philippines called Manila Center 2 to accommodate its growth in the outsourcing market.
The new facility is located in Quezon City and can accommodate up to 340 workstations. It will mainly cater to the company’s contact center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for both global and local clients.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, transcosmos Philippines is offering its services via a flexible service framework that distributes tasks between the existing centers and remote workers in the country.
Since its Philippine expansion, transcosmos has been providing contact center and back-office services as well as website/e-commerce site development & operations services for both global and domestic markets with mainly English-language support.
With its operations bases in Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, transcosmos offers a variety of localized services to its clients worldwide.
