NTT DATA acquires BST
IT service management company NTT DATA Business Solutions AG acquires Bulgaria-born IT services and solutions provider Business Services & Technologies OOD to further expand the former’s Global Managed Services capabilities.
Business Services & Technologies OOD has already been an external partner of NTT DATA Business Solutions for several years, offering a high level of quality and flexibility in their delivery.
With the new location in Bulgaria, NTT DATA Business Solutions will have six global Managed Service Centers and operate in 31 countries across the globe.
NTT DATA Business Solutions AG Norbert Rotter said that “the European markets require Europe-based shoring centers and delivery on site. With this acquisition, we are expanding our shoring offerings in the European Union.”
Meanwhile, Business Services & Technologies OOD CEO Dragomir Marinov added that “the acquisition ensures the future of our organization and paves the way for economic growth – in Bulgaria as well as in other European countries and international markets…”
