ADPI acquires BPO complex in Pampanga, PH

Investment firm Aeropark Development Philippines, Inc. (ADPI) recently acquired an outsourcing complex called West Aeropark located in Clark Global City, Pampanga, Philippines.
The 142,000 square meters (sq.m.), five-building development is one of Clark’s landmark developments and is home to several global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) tenants that cater to numerous multinational companies.
To fulfill this acquisition, ADPI’s parent company Carval Investors partnered with Philippine-based growth equity investment firm SofCap Partners.
CarVal Managing Director Nimrod Wei said, “We are excited about the opportunities we are seeing in the Philippines and look forward to helping finance commercial growth and development.”
Wei added that they are confident that West Aeroparks “holds a lot of promise especially in the IT-BPO sector” especially not that the country is rebuilding after the pandemic.
For his part, SofCap Partners Managing Director and Principal Evan McBride stated that “With West Aeropark, we are in the position to offer sustainable and disaster-resilient spaces to global leaders in technology, financial services, business process outsourcing, and other commercial entities looking to establish themselves in Clark.”
West Aeropark was previously owned by Udenna Land’s Global Gateway Development Corporation (GGDC) and was sold for an undisclosed amount.
