Radical Minds acquires BPO division of GammaProcess Hub
India-based transformational outsourcing company Radical Minds Technologies Group recently acquired the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division of Gamma Process Hub India Limited.
A renowned brand based out of Chennai and Tamil Nadu, Gamma Process’ BPO division is known for its data and voice-based services in Banking, Financial, Insurance Services, Retail, telecommunication, Media, Entertainment, and e-commerce.
Radical Minds plans to strengthen its operations and give more employment opportunities across various segments through this deal. The firm added that this acquisition would add value to their processes and provide them with a better customer experience and bottom line output.
