BGL Insurance opens 100 hybrid contact center jobs
Financial services company BGL Group recently opened 100 hybrid jobs at its contact center in Bretton, Peterborough, England following its £400 million (US$478 million) acquisition by insurance firm Markerstudy in May this year.
In a statement, BGL said that the new roles will be “pivotal” in helping the business maintain its market position and boosting growth delivery.
The new recruits will be split across two of the firm’s contact centers in the cities of Peterborough and Sunderland, with new recruits delivering multi-channel customer services support.
In an interview with Insurance Times, a BGL Insurance spokesperson said, “In terms of the competitive recruitment market, we are aware of this but are proud of the culture we have at BGL Insurance, making it a great place to work, so are confident we will be able to attract the right candidates to join our already talented team.”
