ibex Honduras to hire 500 addt’l agents

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and customer engagement technology solutions provider ibex will be opening 500 customer service positions in Honduras to cope with their growing client list.
ibex Honduras Director of Operations Luis Anleu said that they are ‘once again’ expanding their operations in the Central American country to support several new programs — including an award-winning leader in the lodging industry.
Encouraging the locals to apply for the positions, Anleu stated that ibex is committed to providing their contact center agents with a great employee experience.
