Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider ibex announced that its customer experience (CX) performance platform named Wave X won the 2022 Contact Center Technology Award.
Presented by integrated media company TMC and CUSTOMER Magazine, this award distinguishes their success as a leading “innovator, thought leader, and market mover” in the contact center and customer care industries.
