Eclaro celebrates 2022 with 4.3K scholars in PH
Talent solutions provider and Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Eclaro is ending the year with around 4,300 scholars at its helm in the Philippines through its Impact Sourcing initiative.
So far, the firm said that they had provided more than $4.5 million in scholarships to underprivileged children in the country.
The program, established with the help of Eclaro’s clients and other sponsors, aims to help young Filipinos attend Eclaro Academy — the firm’s full-fledged academic institution — at no cost.
With its achievements in Impact Sourcing, Eclaro has also been recognized by the IAOP (International Association of Outsourcing Professionals) and received the Global Impact Sourcing Award last 2020.
Meanwhile, Eclaro also held a Filipino-themed year-end party last Saturday, December 3, 2022. The party, which is the company’s first onsite event post-pandemic, also recognized employees who had worked for the company for at least five to ten years.
Eclaro was founded in 1999 in New York City and is operating in the United States (US), Canada, and the Philippines. It is also currently subscribed to the OA Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence. The program also co-promotes its partner BPOs to OA’s web traffic and inbound leads and assists them in generating sales.
