Outsourced celebrates first year-end party post-pandemic 

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider and Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Outsourced recently celebrated its first year-end party since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

With its Red Carpet theme, the event was the firm’s first in-person celebration since lockdown rules were relaxed by the government earlier this year. 

Speaking at the event, Outsourced CEO Mike Larcher expressed his happiness in seeing everyone face-to-face “after two years of being stuck behind the computer screen.”

Outsourced also emphasized its Great Place to Work certification during the event. According to a poll, 91% of the firm’s employees affirmed that Outsourced is, indeed, a great place to work in. Meanwhile, 93% of the company’s customers rated their service as “excellent.”
