CCAP elects new Board of Trustees

MAKATI, PHILIPPINES — The Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) welcomed its new Board of Directors for 2023 to 2024.
According to a post by CCAP Managing Director Rosario Cajucom-Bradbury, the new board is set to share their expertise and commitment to the organization’s goals, especially during the realization of the 2028 Roadmap.
The list of newly-elected members is a mix of industry players from outsourcing and software firms in the country:
- Tonichi Achurra-Parekh, Vice President of IT service management firm Concentrix
- Jennifer Constantino, Senior Vice President of software company RealPage
- Haidee Enriquez, Chief Executive Officer of outsourcing firms Microsourcing Philippines and Beepo
- Jamea Garcia, Regional Vice President, Human Resources for Asia of BPO firm Alorica
- Mitch Locsin, First Vice President & Head, Enterprise International & Carrier Business of telecommunications company PLDT
- Pushkar Misra, President and CEO of service provider Hinduja Global Solutions APAC
- Mickey Ocampo, Head Business Development & Administrative Support of BPO firm Pilipinas Teleserv
- Rommel Regino, Chief Operations and Sales Officer of outsourcing specialist Inspiro
- Butch Valenzuela, President and CEO of outsourcing provider Visaya KPO
Cajucom-Bradbury also thanked the previous Board for their “selfless service to the industry and for the country during their 2021 – 2022 term.”
Additionally, the managing director expressed her gratitude to CCAP Chairman Benedict Hernandez for his exemplary leadership and dedication to the association for over two decades.
