E-Consulate, TASA partner to strengthen Lankan BPO industry

COLOMBO, SRI LANKA — The recently closed partnership deal between E-Consulate Group and TASA Solutions is expected to expand and strengthen the business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) industries in the country.
TASA Solutions, a Malaysia-based customer experience (CX) and user experience solutions provider, opened its new office in the city of Colombo following its partnership with Sri Lankan robotics and supply chain services provider E-Consulate Group.
“Our projection is to grow the headcount, up to 200 by 2023. We are geared to expand our operations in diverse verticals as we aspire to be a leading Tech and BPO company in the country.” said Subodha Perera, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of E-Consulate.
The Sri Lankan Branch of TASA currently provides BPO services for many industry giants, including the world’s largest cryptocurrency platform, some of the most significant electronics companies in the world, Japan’s largest retail company and one of the most popular airlines in the world.
