Dyninno to hire 250 more employees in Cebu

CEBU, PHILIPPINES — Global travel management outsourcing firm Dyninno Philippines Cebu will hire 250 additional workers to catch up with the rising demand for international travel.
Trevolution Group’s International Travel Network CEO Peter Vazan says, “with airlines changing their flight schedules, shortage of pilots, weather issues, and other concerns, this requires a lot of manpower to handle these things. We want to make sure that things are smooth for [our] customers.”
Dyninno Philippines Cebu handles the Dyninno Group of Companies’ travel business arm called Trevolution Group, which now employs over a thousand Cebuanos.
Over 70,000 airline tickets and vacation packages are sold by Trevolution Group’s companies monthly, which makes it the fifth-largest travel consolidator in the United States.
While the company already uses automation in its operations, Vazan noted that they still need human agents to communicate with clients.
“We need people who are in charge and leaders that understand the business.”
As of 2022, about 17.5% of the total volume of tickets issued by various brands under the Trevolution Group are to the Philippines.
