Real estate developer JVC to host more BPO firms in new tower

CEBU, PHILIPPINES — Real estate developer Johndorf Ventures Corp (JVC) is expecting to host more Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms and economic frontrunners in their new high-rise at the Cebu Business Park.
The 21-story Johndorf Tower will be pre-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) to ensure its eco-friendliness.
This announcement comes as the firm announced strong forecasts for 2023.
JVC Managing Director Abigail Lim said the company had adopted a bullish stance this year on the heels of “outstanding” performance in 2022.
“JVC will grow significantly this year. We are looking to invest about P10 billion (US$181 million) in current and new projects. We have a thoughtfully designed pipeline of projects for the next five years, allowing us to intensify participation in economic recovery,” Lim stated.
The managing director added that JVC plans to expand its footprint across various markets — including the luxury residential segment while keeping to its sustainability and livability goals.
