EastWest BPO amps up employee engagement

PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES — EastWest BPO recently hosted an employee engagement activity as part of the company’s initiative to develop a strong company culture.
EastWest BPO said in a statement that the company hosted a Valentine’s Day celebration to show their appreciation for its employees. The event also served as a platform for employees to showcase their musical talent.
“We wanted to do something special for our employees, especially on Valentine’s Day, which is all about spreading love and affection. We set up a small stage, invited a band, and gave our staff a night to remember,” said Mark Escueta, CEO of Eastwest BPO.
From 10 people back in 2009, EastWest BPO has grown its staff to over 700 today. The company now has 3 Philippine-based offices and 2 offices abroad. EastWest BPO is also currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence. The program also co-promotes its partner BPOs to OA’s web traffic and inbound leads and assists them in generating sales.
