Sutherland BPO heads to Ilocos Norte

ILOCOS NORTE, PHILIPPINES — Business process outsourcing firm Sutherland is expanding its incubation center and headquarters in the Ilocos region. 

Ilocos Norte Investment Office head Rona Bueno said that Sutherland is looking for a suitable location where they can build a “potential hub” in the province.

“This came after Sutherland PH conducted a recent job fair in the city,” Bueno said.

Sutherland aims to train and hire talented and skilled local residents, enabling them to respond to the increasing demand for qualified customer service and technical support associates in the country.

Last Jan. 26 to 27, the city government, in cooperation with the provincial government, hosted Sutherland’s recruitment activity.
