ibex named CX Outsourcing Leader
WASHINGTON D.C., UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider ibex was recently named as a Customer Experience Outsourcing Services Leader in Latin America by consulting firm Frost & Sullivan.

ibex landed at the 599th spot in the Outsource Accelerator’s (OA) Global Outsourcing Firm (BPO) Index.
