TSG to expand in Netherlands, acquires Litecad
MOERDIJK, NETHERLANDS — The Specialist Group (TSG) announced it has closed on its acquisition of Litecad.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal will raise TSG’s number of technical specialists to nearly 2,800 and expand the company’s presence in the Northeast of the Netherlands.
TSG and Litecad, both based in the Netherlands, will continue to support clients in their transition towards new energy and sustainable operations.
Litecad will keep operating under its current brand with its Director Arjan Poppema reporting to TSG’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
“Through The Specialist Group Academy and Litecad Campus, we are focused on the development and training of new motivated specialists. Together, we look forward to continuing to provide unmatched services to existing and new clients undertaking important and complex energy transition projects,” said TSG CEO Sil Hoeve.
Focusing on the energy transition, TSG deploys technical engineering experts in the fields of power, infrastructure, renewables, and life sciences.
