Imagine Staffing acquires Mary Kraft HR
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — New York-based Recruiting firm Imagine Staffing has acquired Mary Kraft HR to expand its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mary Kraft HR, a staffing provider based in Baltimore, Maryland, has employees in over 15 states and a service delivery office in Duluth, Minnesota, serving Midwest clients.
“The addition of Mary Kraft HR is a major milestone in Imagine Staffing’s strategic process to further scale and grow nationwide through impactful acquisitions,” said Imaging Staffing president Brian Manley.
“We have a strong commitment to growth and plan to achieve those ambitions through a very intentional process for strategic acquisitions nationally.”
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
