Innovature CEO warns vs. hiring BPOs on cost alone
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — Finding an outsourcing partner that can grow with your business is as important as considering the cost, according to Innovature BPO CEO Thuy Doan.
During the Accounting Business Expo 2023, Doan said that only considering the cost when choosing a BPO partner could “give you a lot of headaches in the long run.”
“If I want to choose a good BPO service provider, I would want to see if that company can grow along with my business and accommodate my needs in the long run.”
She added it is important to check a provider’s onboarding process — both the transition from onshore team to offshore team and the recruitment and retention of new hires — and their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) before deciding who to hire.
