Spinakr Solutions acquires Brandworkz

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — U.S.-based management consulting firm Spinakr Solutions has acquired Brandworkz, a brand management software provider headquartered in London.
This strategic decision would help expand their joint global partnership and reach peak potential in revenue.
Both firms have worked together for almost a decade. In 2015, a sales partnership made Brandworkz the exclusive reseller and implementation partner of Spinakr.

Brandworkz provides large businesses with a cloud-based, award-winning solution that centralizes and automates the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Spinakr specializes in design, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing solutions. With this acquisition, Spinakr can offer Brandworkz customers new services and offerings.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
