India, Singapore partnership can create a ‘future-ready workforce’

BHUBANESWAR, INDIA — Indian Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan emphasized the need for India and Singapore to collaborate to prepare a future-ready workforce.
Speaking at a Future of Work event, Pradhan highlighted the importance of skilled manpower in driving economic growth and development.
Pradhan also acknowledged Singapore’s success in creating a skilled workforce and stressed the need for India to learn from their experience.
He added that a collaboration between the two nations would help bridge the skills gap and prepare the workforce for future challenges.
The Indian Education Minister also highlighted the role of technology in shaping the future of work and education.
He expressed India’s interest in partnering with Singapore to leverage technology and create new opportunities for students and professionals from both nations.
