OffSec introduces new product for cybersecurity workforce development

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — OffSec, an American firm providing hands-on cybersecurity training, has launched Learn Enterprise, a new cybersecurity preparedness solution.
With exclusive access to Offsec Cyber Range, Learn Enterprise offers organizations resources to develop their technical skills. Learn Enterprise provides customers unlimited access to the OffSec Learning Library (OLL).
OLL features close to 6,000 hours of content, including over 1,500 videos, 2,200+ practical exercises, and more than 800 hands-on labs. It is part of an integrated learning platform organizations use to attract, assess, develop, and retain security talent.
The tech skills gap is widening, and there remains a global shortage of over 3 million workers in the field.
According to Neustar International Security Council (NISC), an exclusive association for cybersecurity professionals, nearly nine-tenths (89%) of security professionals who were polled said their organizations had somewhat (45%) or greatly (44%) increased their reliance on external providers due to the ongoing talent shortage.
“Cyberthreats are continually evolving, which is why enterprises need a well-rounded cybersecurity team. We developed Learn Enterprise and OffSec Cyber Range to provide a foundational understanding of cybersecurity and fill critical knowledge gaps,” said OffSec Chief Executive Officer Ning Wang.
