DialAmerica announces 2 new VPs of customer solutions

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — DialAmerica, a privately-held outsourcing and offshoring firm, has announced the appointment of Kristen Alexander and Ryan Day as its new Vice Presidents of Customer Solutions.
The duo brings a wealth of experience to the company’s customer engagement and sales divisions.
Alexander is a seasoned professional in the CX/BPO, ARM, and RCM outsourcing industry. She previously supported business development teams at Convergent Outsourcing, ACT Holdings, and Transworld Systems. Her expertise spans various industries, including healthcare, utility, telecommunications, retail, financial services, and government.
Day carries a comprehensive background in sales and business development. His portfolio includes multiple industries, from technology and SaaS to manufacturing, utility, automotive safety, and industrial distribution. Day has proven himself a transformative sales leader with previous stints at NEXTTEQ and Advance Auto Parts.
