Arise Platform expands to Jamaica and India

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) company Arise has expanded its services to Jamaica and India. The firm’s Arise Platform, a virtual solution for enterprise contact center requirements, is now accessible in these countries.
The company’s expansion opens remote work opportunities beyond traditional high-population business hubs. This also extends Arise’s global presence, which spans the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Northern Ireland.
“We are incredibly proud and excited to be able to bring remote CX and business services opportunities to both India and Jamaica. Not only does this greatly impact local economies and provide greater economic prosperity through work-from-home opportunities in these two countries, but it also quite literally opens up a world of possibilities for our current and future clients,” said Arise Chief Growth Officer Robert Padron.
Arise’s expansion allows clients to leverage Jamaica’s contact center outsourcing capabilities, which include voice, email, chat, and social media support.
“For years, the Arise Platform has created an adaptable model for Service Partners to deliver world-class customer experiences all while working from home. As Arise expands to Jamaica and India, we are looking forward to fostering economic growth and impact in these regions, while providing our clients with the flexibility to meet each of their unique needs,” stated Arise CEO Mohit Thukral.
Headquartered in Florida, Arise offers solutions in contact center outsourcing, omnichannel contact center support, and consulting, among others.
