K-LINK, Ooredoo Business partner for omnichannel contact center solutions

SINGAPORE — Cloud-based communication platform provider K-LINK and telecommunication firm Ooredoo Business have teamed up to provide omnichannel contact center solutions across Southeast Asia.
Founder and CEO of K-LINK Zin Ko Oo and acting CEO of Ooredoo Myanmar Htar Thant Zin confirmed the strategic partnership. Their joint goal is to assist businesses in providing seamless customer experiences, irrespective of size. The solution will be a comprehensive, cloud-based communication platform with various features to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As a result of this partnership, klink.cloud and Ooredoo users stand to gain access to scalable, cost-effective business telephone systems and high-end telecommunication services. By leveraging technology, businesses can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized and timely communication.
Ooredoo is based in Qatar and has a portfolio of information and communications technology communication services.
K-LINK, with headquarters in Singapore, operates in Thailand and Myanmar. Their primary offering, klink.cloud, eliminates the need for complex telecom infrastructure and costly hardware, allowing global brands to enhance their customer service operations with ease. According to Crunchbase, K-LINK is funded by Accelerating Asia. It raised a pre-seed round for an undisclosed amount in November 2022.
