Etech wins ‘BPO of the Year’ at CCW Awards

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Etech was recently hailed as the “BPO of the Year” at the CCW Excellence Awards.
This award acknowledges the firm’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the contact center industry.
The CCW Excellence Awards honor organizations and individuals demonstrating exceptional performance and significant contributions to the contact center industry. The award process also evaluates the development of training programs, strategic client partnerships, and the use of critical client success metrics.
In response to the honor, Etech President & CEO Matt Rocco expressed immense pride in their team of over 3,700 BPO professionals worldwide.
Rocco also emphasized the critical role of Etech’s QEval and ICE technology platforms in delivering advanced BPO solutions for clients in the global billion BPO market.
“This award is a clear indication that what we are doing is making a difference and being noticed within the $329.9 billion business process outsourcing (BPO) market,” he added.
Meanwhile, Etech Chief Customer Officer Jim Iyoob thanked CCW for the recognition, highlighting it as a testament to its commitment to transforming the contact center industry and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Etech was also recently listed in the Time Doctor OA500, the world’s first objective index of the top 500 outsourcing companies.
