Omada One launches new center in PH, expands global reach

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing firm Omada One has unveiled a new contact center in Angeles-Clark, Pampanga, Philippines.
Timothy Witucki, CEO of Omada One, announced the brand’s expansion to the rising business hub in the Philippines, further strengthening the company’s global presence.
“I’m very excited and grateful to be part of Omada One organization at this critical stage of success, expanding the global footprint beyond Australia, Asia Pacific, Middle East, North America, and Europe markets,” Witucki said.
The new center will cater to businesses ranging from startups to established multinational enterprises. Omada One aims to streamline businesses’ accounting, tax, and financial and legal operations by leveraging its certified accountants, bookkeepers, and financial experts.
“We’re dedicated to helping businesses succeed by offering the back-office support they need to manage their accounting and finances effectively,” Witucki said. In the next five years, he aims to expand Omada One to a 5,000-employee-strong team across multiple countries.
“Our mission is to help businesses achieve their operational and financial goals by providing them with the necessary tools and expertise they need to succeed,” shared Sean Mather, EVP of Global Operations at Omada One.
The company plans to expand by developing new products and pursuing new market opportunities, particularly in Asian and European regions.
Omada One has a combined nearshore/offshore remote staffing experience in diverse sectors, including customer experience management, accounting, financial services, and supply chain management. It is headquartered in Makati City, Philippines, and has support staff across Spain, Czech Republic, England, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
