Omada One expands to Malaysia, Vietnam

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Omada One, a customer experience, accounting, and financial Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contact center staffing firm, is gearing up for expansion into Malaysia and Vietnam.
This strategic move of adding micro contact centers in Malaysia and Vietnam underscores the firm’s rapid global growth within just two years of operation.
“We are committed to establishing a global presence and aim to build a strong team of 5000 employees worldwide over the next three to five years, spanning multiple countries. This expansion enables us to better serve our clients while seizing new market opportunities,” said Omada One CEO Timothy Witucki.
Currently, Omada One operates in key markets such as the United States, Singapore, Spain, London, Prague, Hong Kong, and Australia. The company also supports clients across the Middle East.
Omada One plans to pursue organic growth strategies and targeted micro contact center acquisitions in its existing strongholds and other identified market regions.
