Access Healthcare expands operations with new India facility

DALLAS, UNITED STATES — Access Healthcare, a revenue cycle management and healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) services provider, has unveiled plans to expand operations in Noida, located in India’s northern state of Uttar Pradesh.
The company inaugurated a new 170,000 sq. ft. facility worth US$5 million. It will house over 3,800 team members to deliver revenue cycle management services and digital transformation solutions to hospitals and primary healthcare networks across the United States.
This move also boosts the operations of Pacific BPO, a Noida-based healthcare revenue cycle management BPO provider, which Access Healthcare acquired in 2018.
