Concentrix’s acquisition of Marnix Lux gets CCI nod
INDIA — The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has officially approved the indirect acquisition of Marnix Lux by outsourcing giant Concentrix.
Marnix Lux is the parent company of Webhelp SAS, a business process outsourcing and specialized services provider.
The deal will result in Marnix Lux’s shareholders securing approximately 22% ownership in the merged entity. Further details of the acquisition have not been disclosed at this point.
Concentrix has a presence in more than 40 countries in 6 continents. In 2022, it generated a revenue of $6.32 billion, up 13% from FY 2021.
