IFT Ignite wins 2023 CUSTOMER Contact Center Award

BURNABY, CANADA — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Integrated Financial Technologies (IFT) announced that their IFT Ignite platform recently won the 2023 CUSTOMER Contact Center Technology Award.
The award, given by CUSTOMER magazine and media company Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), honors products or services that significantly enhance the customer experience in enterprise and outsourced contact centers.
Launched in 2023, IFT Ignite skillfully merged industry-leading tools and AI-driven features to offer superior services and results to their clients in the lending industry.
