Docufree acquires TrustFlow Digital Solutions

ATLANTA, UNITED STATES — Docufree, an enterprise information management (EIM) and digital business process services provider, has announced its acquisition of TrustFlow Digital Solutions, an organization dedicated to digitizing business processes.
This deal is set to expand Docufree’s offerings in digital mail and business process outsourcing.
TrustFlow caters to businesses in the insurance, healthcare, and financial services sectors. The firm helps them with real-time data, reporting, and business insights through solutions targeting back-office and middle-office processes.
Headquartered in Pennsylvania, TrustFlow operates from locations in New Jersey, Iowa, and Ohio.
The acquisition presents a strategic opportunity to combine the capabilities of both firms and capitalize on their shared customer service ethos.
“Together, we will harness the power of our scalable cloud platform and business process automation services to transform how organizations capture, manage, store, and share large volumes of disparate physical and electronic information, enabling them to thrive and adapt faster in a new digital world of work,” said Docufree CEO Brad Jenkins.
Docufree, founded in 1999, specializes in large-volume document capture; data extraction and integration; intelligent process automation; cloud-based document management; and digital mailroom services. Its revenue ranges between US$50 million and US$100 million.
