IBPAP, Great Place To Work unveil PH’s top IT-BPM workplaces

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and Great Place To Work Philippines recently unveiled the first-ever “Philippines Best Workplaces in IT-BPM” list.

This list recognizes the top IT-BPM organizations prioritizing a high-trust, people-first work environment. It features 30 organizations, with Synchrony, Accenture Philippines, Via Appia Philippines, Teleperformance, and 3M in the top spots. 

These organizations have effectively demonstrated that a high-trust culture can thrive in the IT-BPM industry.

In a statement, IBPAP expressed its pride in being a part of the “dynamic and vibrant” IT-BPM industry in the Philippines. 

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, determined the list through annual workforce studies. These studies gauged employees’ experiences and the extent to which their organizations empower individuals to reach their full potential. 

The evaluation included company size, workforce makeup, industry norms, and regional standards.

This pioneering initiative exemplifies the progressive strides the IT-BPM industry is making in creating work environments that prioritize trust, empowerment, and inclusivity.

Outsourcing firms Booth and Partners, Connext, and Arcanys were also included in the inaugural list, securing the #11, #16, and #26 spots, respectively. They are also subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
