Paulo Silva joins Humach as Chief Revenue Officer

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Customer experience (CX) solutions provider Humach named Paulo Silva its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
A seasoned executive with leadership experience at Dell, Alorica, Xerox, and Telvista, Silva will spearhead the firm’s global sales, vertical market, and channel organizations.
Silva’s appointment comes as Humach seeks to capitalize on the increasing demand for artificial intelligence (AI) and automation in customer service and revenue-focused call centers.
Humach CEO Tim Houlne highlighted the company’s goal of streamlining and personalizing client experiences in the face of a labor shortage.
“Paulo’s extensive background in contact center sales and support positions him perfectly to assist our customers in achieving unprecedented business value,” he added.
Silva’s vast industry knowledge, encompassing sectors from retail and telecom to hospitality and education, provides him with the skills to enhance customer experiences through automation.
Speaking about joining Humach, Silva admired the company’s balanced approach towards human-machine interaction in business.
“[Humach] have successfully deciphered the formula of employing technology precisely, when necessary, while leveraging human expertise when automation isn’t required. The opportunity to apply that vision to help clients create new paths to revenue and efficiencies for our clients is why I joined.”
