Frost & Company merges with accounting firm CLA

WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES — In a significant expansion move, CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), the eighth-largest accounting firm in the United States, announced that Washington-based Frost & Company, PLLC has joined the firm.
This merger increases CLA’s workforce to over 30 professionals in the Tacoma and Lacey offices, establishing the only national CPA firm in South Puget Sound.
With a reputable history of over 35 years, Frost & Company has been a full-service accounting resource specializing in assurance, tax, and consulting. The firm has deep industry experience in construction, healthcare, professional services, nonprofits, and real estate sectors.
Scott Engelbrecht, Chief Geographic Officer at CLA, highlighted the synergy between the two firms, noting Frost & Company’s record for superior service, innovative thinking, and valuable insight.
