RingCentral launches AI-driven contact center, RingCX

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Global cloud communications leader, RingCentral, has released RingCX, an innovative AI-enhanced contact center solution.
RingCX aims to elevate customer engagements across various platforms by merging with RingCentral’s existing communication services.
This user-centric system integrates messaging, video, phone, and other communication tools with sophisticated AI features to provide an optimized omnichannel customer experience.
At launch, RingCX will encompass over 1,000 functions, seamlessly incorporating voice, live chat, email, and other digital channels. Notably, the platform will integrate with Salesforce and Zendesk and plans future collaborations with Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow.
RingCentral’s CEO, Vlad Shmunis, highlighted the new product’s conception based on client insights and its capacity to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. RingCX is in its beta phase, with a full release expected later this year.
RingCentral is an American publicly traded cloud-based communication provider. In 2022, it generated $1.99 billion in revenue.
