CBE’s Erica Parks wins Call Center Outsourcing CEO of the Year

IOWA, UNITED STATES — Erica Parks, CEO of global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider CBE Companies, was recently recognized as Call Center Outsourcing CEO of the Year at the Influential Businesswomen Awards 2023.
Organized by the Acquisition International Magazine, the award highlights pioneering women in business promoting innovation and change.
Under Parks’ leadership, CBE soared to new heights in the ARM & BPO industry, achieving impressive growth and customer satisfaction. As CBE’s first female CEO, Parks has amplified diversity within the company’s leadership, bringing two other women to the executive team.
Joining CBE in 2013, Parks quickly advanced, previously serving as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. She and her team implemented successful business strategies that benefit all stakeholders.
Parks further revealed, “We have pivoted from a significant business downturn to 50% top-line revenue growth over five years and improved our EBITDA margins from a negative to now more than 10% during that growth period.”
“The trust the organization has given me to lead the company and the thousands of lives we impact every day is truly a blessing and my greatest honor,” she added.
Before joining CBE, Parks worked at McGladrey (now RSM) and John Deere. She’s a Certified Public Accountant, holds positions on multiple boards, co-founded the non-profit All About the Kids, and is an alumna of the University of Northern Iowa with an MBA from the University of Iowa.
