EmpireOne Solutions holds recruitment drive
NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm EmpireOne Solutions recently conducted a two-day recruitment drive in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Organized with San Carlos City’s Public Employment Service Office (PESO), residents from San Carlos City and nearby areas, including Calatrava and Toboso, turned up at the SCC Multi-Purpose Hall for the event.
EmpireOne Solutions Director Cielo Cupta said that successful candidates would undergo a two-week training in September 2023, focusing on call-handling techniques.
She also underscored their preference for candidates resonating with the company’s values of genuine care and a positive work environment.
Cupta also revealed that they chose San Carlos City for its quality working environment and strategic location with no competitors and thanked Mayor Renato Gustilo and PESO for their continued support.
The recruitment drive is part of the EmpireOne Solutions plan to recruit 120 individuals for various roles, including customer service representatives (CSRs), sales accounts, and admin personnel.
