TNAA acquires staffing app Stogo

ARKANSAS, UNITED STATES — Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA), a Clinical and Allied staffing solutions provider in healthcare, has acquired Stogo, a San Antonio-based mobile app platform designed for health system shift management.
The move addresses the recurring challenge of staff shortages in healthcare institutions.
Founded by two Acute Care Hospital executives, Stogo was created to address the consistent shortage of qualified staff and associated scheduling challenges faced by health systems. Due to its efficient mobile staffing marketplace, the platform is expected to fill over 100,000 shifts this year.
Stogo’s founders, Heather Anderson and Patrick Halinski, expressed enthusiasm about merging with TNAA, emphasizing cultural harmony and the shared vision as pivotal factors. “Joining TNAA provides Stogo with resources and strong customer relationships that will help fuel the continued expansion of the platform,” they noted.
TNAA, through its Managed Services division SimpliFi, provides workforce solutions that help healthcare systems maximize their core staff while optimizing their contingent labor spend.
“The addition of Stogo brings new capabilities and seasoned healthcare executives to help further our mission to serve as a true partner to our customers,” said Tim McKenzie, President and CEO of TNAA.
Health systems across the United States are looking for ways to maximize their core staff, expand the use of internal float pools, and engage skilled clinicians from their communities to pick up extra shifts. “Stogo helps us deliver on each of these charters for our customers,” said James Quick, President of SimpliFi.
In 2021, TNAA reported revenues of $652.5 million, a significant increase from $233.5 million in 2020. Stogo has an estimated annual revenue of less than $5 million.
