SeatMatch enhances hiring accuracy with Neural Network Mapping
TEXAS, UNITED STATES — SeatMatch, an Austin-based recruiting and hiring firm, has adopted Neural Network Mapping technology from Aboutly to improve candidate screening and hiring precision.
This proprietary technology analyzes neural patterns during video interviews to provide data on candidates’ behavioral traits and team dynamics.

Specifically, SeatMatch reports their hiring success rate has increased from 88% to 92% after adopting Neural Network Mapping. This indicates nearly all matched candidates still thrive in their roles after one year.

Voiceplace CEO Scott Alberts endorsed SeatMatch’s approach, saying it has eliminated wasted time and aggravation typically associated with hiring.
