MarketSource acquires Salelytics to offer enhanced CX in BPO

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES – Outsourced sales services firm MarketSource has strategically acquired outsourced contact center services provider Salelytics. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This merger is set to revolutionize the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry by combining state-of-the-art, artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted contact center technologies with top-tier sales operations.
With over three decades of outsourced sales expertise, MarketSource is known for delivering solutions to some of the globe’s most recognizable brands. Owned by the world’s largest privately held talent solutions provider, Allegis Group, Inc., MarketSource operates out of Alpharetta, Georgia, and Jacksonville, Florida, catering to sectors like automotive, telecom, information technology (IT), and more.
Salelytics has 30 years of excellence in contact center solutions. It ranked #390 on the Time Doctor OA500, an index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing firms.
