ConnectOS partners with LMG for offshore services

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Integrated resourcing provider ConnectOS has partnered with LMG, Australia and New Zealand’s largest mortgage and finance broking aggregator, to provide offshore support services.
The long-term partnership will see ConnectOS supply around 300 Manila-based support people and all associated management services to support LMG’s network of over 6,000 brokers and advisers.
“We are proud to partner with ConnectOS to deliver our offshoring operations, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering outstanding support to our customers and further strengthening our investment in technology and innovation,” said Simon Southwell, Group Executive Broker Operations, LMG.
Southwell added that ConnectOS’ workplace culture will enable the offshore team to deliver “market-leading customer experiences.”
ConnectOS Founder and CEO Steve Evans said they are “thrilled” to be appointed for all of LMG’s offshoring work.
“ConnectOS does offshoring differently—a people-first philosophy shared by LMG. Our company values are closely aligned, and this partnership recognises ConnectOS’ reputation as a top-rated ‘employer of choice’”, Evans added.
LMG is Australia and New Zealand’s largest broking aggregator, settling over $130 billion in loans last year. The family-owned group partners with 60+ lenders and has helped 300,000+ customers.
ConnectOS provides integrated resourcing solutions that connect companies globally to talent across 80+ roles. It is also currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
