IntouchCX expands to Egypt, opens new center in Cairo

WINNIPEG, CANADA — Global outsourcing company IntouchCX announced its expansion into Egypt.
This marks the second major global expansion for the firm in 2023, following its February launch in Malaysia.
“Egypt helps us accomplish speed to scale and enhances our ability to hit the performance targets on all the programs we serve,” said IntouchCX CEO Greg Fettes.
With its growing tech infrastructure and strategic location, Egypt provides enhanced global communication and collaboration opportunities. Cairo’s highly educated, multilingual workforce will allow IntouchCX to serve its client partners in over 12 languages.
