Northern England celebrates top customer service centers

MANCHESTER, ENGLAND — Outstanding performers in Northern England’s customer service sector were celebrated at the 2023 Northern Contact Centre Awards.
Hosted by the Northern Contact Centre Forum, the awards aim to recognize call center service providers who exemplify unparalleled service to their clients.
“We reward and celebrate excellence in customer service, delivery of quality assurance and development initiatives and contribute to ongoing professional development,” the forum added.
Among the awardees, Foundever, Sensee & Bupa, and Interact Northwest Ltd clinched the Contact Centre of the Year award for small, medium, and large outsourced centers, respectively.
Verastar Ltd, EE Ltd’s Doncaster Centre, and Ageas UK were the winners for small, medium, and large centers in the in-house segment.
The awards, sponsored by Red Contact Centre Recruitment and Wavenet UK, underscore the region’s dedication to top-notch customer service. They also aim to boost visibility, hoping to enhance recruitment and retention in the industry.
This recognition comes on the heels of the South West Contact Centre Awards, which celebrated the southwest region’s finest call center providers last June. Notable awardees included Foundever for the Outsourced Contact Center of the Year and Ageas, Dorset Council, and Nisbets PLC for the In-house category.
