[24]7.ai celebrates two-day employee event
SHILLONG, INDIA — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider [24]7.ai recently organized the second edition of its annual “HUM” event at its office in Shillong, India.
“HUM”, which means “us” in English, brings together 480 employees for two days of festivities. The celebration included lively sessions with business leaders, awards recognizing employee achievements across hybrid teams, fun activities allowing employees to showcase talents, and community engagement with local artists and charity partners.
The event coincided with [24]7.ai completing one year in its Shillong facility.
[24]7.ai India’s Vice President for Human Resources, Sushmita Malik, noted that their HUM event honors the dedication of the firm’s valued team members.
Several awards like Star Performer, High Flyer, Consistent Performer, Subject Matter Expert, and Long Service Awards were given out to deserving work-from-home and work-from-office employees.
The Shillong center leadership also gave special attention to community engagement by inviting local performers. Meanwhile, employees contributed to charity programs by partnering with local agencies.
Malik added that HUM has become an annual tradition to boost employee morale and retention while giving back to the Shillong community.
